I called regarding multiple pets and the representative was informative, pleasant, and informed me that the offered subscription is a monthly bonus plan apart from the ESA letter fee. Sharing so you know that when you sign up, the subscription is not for the letter, its for the extra perks offered, but you will pay the fee for the letter as shown.

I had a phone call appointment with a provider yesterday, 5/25, at 6:45 p.m. I was never contacted.
I left multiple messages for the provider.
I wasted 200 dollars to get a package and to try to get my ESA letter, and no one even called or bothered to reply to the messages. I want a refund.

They scheduled an appointment for today at 11:30 a.m. They have been texting to make sure we were aware of our appointment time, and then when it came down to it, they never called.
I called Pettable, and the number just goes straight to voicemail. They claim to be open 7 days a week, 9 a.m.
- 5 p.m., so I don't know why no one is available to answer a phone. We need to get our consultation now; we've already paid!

Hi, I just bought the yearly package you have for $113, then the $14.99 purchase with I for free yearly renewals. I tried making an appointment, but it won't let me.
It keeps saying I need credits, but I am not sure how to do that. I did purchase the ESA extra pet add-on, but I need help booking.
Issues with forms
Michelle's assistance was much better than Donna's. The thing that bothers me the most is no one is taking responsibility that it wasn't on my end and it was your issue.
My forms were never there and I was being told different things from different people. The customer service needs improvement.
